You can spend years helping a client build wealth, but without an estate plan, important decisions about that wealth may be left unresolved.

On October 20, join me, alongside Chris Quandt of Nitrogen and Marla Landa of EncorEstate Plans for a 60-minute workshop:

Advice Worth Scaling: How to Build Estate Planning Into Every Client Relationship

I have these conversations every week with business owners, families, and women who lead financial decisions in their households.

I'll share how I approach estate planning in plain language and the tools I use to help clients get their plans completed.

Together, Chris, Marla, and I will walk through:

✅ The plain-language questions I use to open estate planning with any client
✅ How Nitrogen's Legacy Center gives you a visual picture of a client's estate and a way to reach the next generation before wealth changes hands
✅ The analogies I use to explain diversification and risk without jargon, including his seatbelt story
✅ What's on the roadmap for Encore and Nitrogen working together
You'll also see how these tools fit into an existing advisory workflow, with ideas you can bring into your own client relationships.

Meet the speakers:
• Eric J. Negron, CEPA®, CEO of Forefront Advisor Network
• Marla Landa, Financial Planner and Chief of Staff at EncorEstate Plans
• Chris Quandt, Success Enablement Manager at Nitrogen

Some advisors build a great practice.

Others build something that can scale beyond them.

The difference isn't talent; it's intentionality.

They build the team…

The systems

The brand

The technology

The client experience

The growth engine

The leadership team

And eventually...the business stops depending on one person.

That's when a practice becomes an enterprise.

That's how you scale.

The difference between a $100M advisor and a $1B firm isn’t just more clients.

It's people

Systems

Leadership

Specialization

Capital

Technology

A repeatable growth engine

And the willingness to stop doing things that once made you successful.

What got you here matters.

But it may not be enough to get you where you want to be next.

Most advisors don't have a growth problem.

They have a capacity problem.

And eventually...they become the capacity problem.

Every decision goes through them.

Every major client needs them.

Every problem finds them.

Every opportunity waits for them.

The business can't move faster than they can, until they make the hardest transition in entrepreneurship.

That means going from being essential to building a business that doesn't require them to be everything to everyone.

You didn't start your own firm to build yourself another job.

Yet somewhere along the way...

You became the advisor

The rainmaker

The portfolio manager

The service team

The problem solver

The decision maker

The bottleneck

Revenue grew, but freedom didn't.

That's not scale.

That's a bigger job.

If you're going to take advice about building a successful advisory firm, it should come from someone who has actually built one.

This event was built by successful advisors to help other advisors.

People who have built firms, served clients, hired teams, created systems, made mistakes, figured things out, and kept going.

And they’re willing to share what they’ve learned along the way.

I think that kind of experience changes the conversation.

You can ask how someone actually handled a challenge you’re facing.

You can hear what worked, what didn’t, and what they would do differently.

You can take a framework someone else spent years developing and think about how it could apply inside your own business.

That’s the spirit behind Advisor ScaleCon: The Playbook.

Advisors helping advisors get where they want to go faster by sharing what they’ve already learned along the way.

In 2019, Dennis Moseley-Williams told Michael Kitces that AI 🤖 would personalize our clients' entire financial experience.

And that it would happen "faster than you can possibly imagine."

He was right.

So if AI can do the planning, rebalancing, and reporting…

Why will clients still need US?

Dennis gave me the answer years ago:

Service saves clients time and money.
Experience makes their time well invested.

One gets commoditized. The other gets remembered.

He also talked about two kinds of work.

The work that's ASSIGNED: planning, investing, reporting. Anyone can do it. Soon, anything can.

The work that's REQUIRED: the hard conversations. Celebrating when a client's teenager lands their first job. Hosting a cooking class so a road-warrior founder can make dinner for his family when he gets home.

Helping people become better spouses, parents, and leaders.

That's the work that will matter MORE as AI evolves. ❤️

I first heard Dennis on Kitces' Financial Advisor Success podcast (the Oprah of our industry 😂). That conversation changed the trajectory of my career and gave me permission to stop hiding behind the numbers and be authentically ME.

Three years ago, I had him on my podcast. Today, I'm blessed to call him a friend.

And now…

🚨 Dennis Moseley-Williams is keynoting Day 2 of Advisor ScaleCon in Austin, Texas! 🎤

Why an Experience Economy expert at a scaling conference?

Because we spend so much time on systems, hiring, and AI to create capacity.

But capacity for WHAT?

If technology gives you back 10 hours a week, will you fill them with more meetings? Or use them to stage experiences that deepen trust and build a community of people you're helping transform their lives?

Scaling shouldn't just help us serve MORE people.
It should help us serve people MORE meaningfully.

At ScaleCon, we're committed to helping advisors become better human beings as they care for their human beings.

Our clients. Our teams. Our families. Our communities.

There were times in my career when I was growing, trying to level up my skills, and couldn’t find the right room.

So I decided to create it.

That’s a big part of why Advisor ScaleCon exists.

Most of our professional lives happen through Zoom, email, and text now.

But there’s something different about getting into a room with people who have the same curiosity about getting better and building better businesses.

At Playbook, you’ll be surrounded by advisors who are willing to share what they’re actually doing.

What’s working in their businesses.

How they’re scaling.

What they’re struggling with.

And what they’ve learned that might save you from spending the next year figuring it out on your own.

No guards up. No keeping secrets.

Just advisors, experts, and peers learning from each other and having conversations that are harder to replicate through a screen.

Sometimes the right conversation can shortcut months of trying to solve something by yourself.

That’s the kind of room I was looking for earlier in my career.

It’s the kind of room we’re building at Advisor ScaleCon: The Playbook.

Every advisor says they want to scale.

Until scaling requires them to change.

To give up control.

To hire before they're too overwhelmed.

Spend money before the ROI is obvious.

Trust other people with their clients.

Build processes.

Follow processes.

Say no to the wrong clients.

Scaling requires advisors to stop being the answer to every problem.

And to stop measuring success by how busy they are.

The hardest part of scaling isn't growth.

It's becoming the leader your next level requires.
