Jarrell friends — if you’re thinking about buying a home, read this 👇

Most buyers don’t realize there are real ways to save money when purchasing a home… so they get to closing and get hit with a bill they didn’t plan for.

One of the biggest surprises is closing costs — usually 2.5%–3.5% of the purchase price. That can be thousands of dollars.

Here’s the difference:

🏠 Resale home: you usually pay closing costs out of pocket (unless you negotiate… and you may get nothing).
🏡 New Lennar home (when you buy with Fredo): we can put savings up front — 4.875% toward closing costs + up to 1% toward the owner’s title policy.
