The house itself isn’t the only thing you’ll be paying for when you become a homeowner. Make sure you have money set aside for closing costs and inspections and add taxes, insurance and HOA fees into your budget. 💵🏠

We're declaring it: "Budget" is not a bad word. Creating a budget helps you make intentional decisions about where your money goes and helps your money work FOR you instead of AGAINST you. Don't resist the budget. Resist the leftover pizza that's been in your fridge since last month. Actually don't resist that — just toss it. 😝
