In this weeks from poor practices…

If you thought the last post was bad, this is me pulling off the main (and only) exit/entrance to the subdivision. I am stopped at the stop line…what a view! Those trees are so pretty and that slope so nice that I cannot see traffic on the four lane road driving at 70 MPH…and don’t get me started yet on the lack of a stop lightor the , that will come later.

In this weeks edition of oops, how did they allow me to become a moment.

I actually stopped at the line to get onto the main road through our subdivision. This is my view to my left…ohhhhh I hope no one is coming. Guess I should either creep past the line, block the sidewalk and get dirty looks from my neighbors walking the dog…or I could just gun and hope I don’t run over a kid riding his bike 🤞 or get hit by another car at “my” fault.

Another look this week at bad and questionable practices. Yes you are looking at two with one ridiculously shared driveway. Intent is maximizing lots here because of the drainage ditch to the left. 🤷‍♂️ it’s all about the 💵 baby!

As an aspiring in at Texas A&M School of Architecture, I decided to take a break from my studies and enjoy the weather…and seeing that most rather than what worked, I drove around my neighborhood and wanted to highlight some issues.

Today I will start easy on the developer and , but yeah, it will get worse. So today, here is some lack of common sense on the builders behalf…FYI, when the house backs up to a tiny strip of land, then drainage, then the only road in and out of the development, it hardly justifies a iron fence for you to “enjoy” the ! Hello neighbors, can you see what we are having for dinner?
