Below are quotes for the same client/house from the top 14 carriers available.The carrier names have been removed for a few reasons, but mainly because it isn't relevant. Every single one of the carriers quoted here is A-Rated for financial stability (or better).

They have all been given the same information about the client, the location of the home, the size, age, roof type, roof age, building materials, etc., but they all have a different rate. Why is that, and why are you (or your clients) possibly overpaying for insurance?

Every one of these insurance companies, and all insurance companies, have a different risk appetite. If you feel like you are overpaying, don't ask your current carrier to cut coverage or raise deductibles to lower your rate...it might just be time to look in a different direction.

This client was in the middle of her current policy period with her home insurance and wanted to understand how she could switch to the option I presented her without paying double. Know that your current insurance will always return any unearned premiums to you in the form of a check that you directly deposit back into your escrow account and it will adjust accordingly!

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently working from home. I am blessed to be in an industry that allows me to continue working and earn a paycheck--all while saving people money for a product they are already paying for!
