This weekend is the great backyard bird count!

Don't commit the 🐦cardinal 🐦 sin of not participating in this weekend's Great Backyard Bird Count.

Participating in citizen science is a great way to not only enjoy the nature all around you, but also help the very birds you are observing. You only need to commit 15 minutes of counting all the birds you see in your backyard, at your feeder, in a local park, or at a national wildlife refuge.

As always, I enjoy hosting Free Medicare Classes monthly, at the Hood County Library, TX. What a beautiful, sunny Saturday! The
Lake Granbury Art Association (don't forget to vote for your favorite Touch of Red!),
Salt Lick Creamery & Rustic Cheesery - Granbury, and the Bridge Street Market cherubs were a delight, afterwards.

I'll be back on Monday to see the new gallery exhibit (portraits), and have some more ice cream & sandwiches, on my way to the Glen Rose / Somervell County Public Library class!
