Okay... Real Quick story (names hidden because I'm classy and dont want angry mobs at the Kroger parking lot 🤣)

A homeowner reached out and said:
"Christian, can you check if we're actually covered? I 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 we are..."

Five minutes in, I found the insurance equivalent of..

Great home.
Great income.
Great family.
𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐬.
