West Suburban Assurance LLC is a growing insurance agency located in Aurora IL. We are currently looking for sales professionals to help us grow our transportation client base. Inside Sales Rep is responsible for growing revenue and profits by executing our sales process and tactics to customers over the phone. The ISR will be provided with an assigned prospect list, including both existing and prospect customers. In this inside sales position, the ISR is empowered to make key decisions influencing sales.

Essential Duties
Meet and exceed all sales quotas
Maintain Customer Records
Meet daily call minimums and activities assigned in pipeline
Use West Suburban Assurance CRM to manage clients and prospects

Compensation Packages:
Base + Commissions (uncapped) $40,000+
Qualifications
Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred not required
No insurance experience required
Willing to obtain necessary insurance license(s) upon hire (cost covered), existing license is a plus
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Have follow through and follow-up ability
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
