I had such a great time attending the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Luncheon on Tuesday! 💗

We had the opportunity to hear from Avril James, MPH, CHES, with Piedmont’s Heart Program, who shared valuable insight on women’s health, managing stress, holistic wellness, and the importance of taking care of ourselves while balancing all the roles we carry.

I always enjoy opportunities to connect with other women in our community, learn something new, and walk away feeling encouraged and inspired. So thankful for organizations that create space for conversations like these! ✨
