We had a great time today at the Aiken Technical College Community Job Fair! With approximately 75 employers in attendance, it was exciting to connect with so many talented job seekers and discuss career opportunities with SD Properties and The Insurance Center.

🏠 Meet Barbara 🏠

This week say hello to Barbara, one of our Insurance Sales Agents here at The Insurance Center!

Barbara will celebrate 16 years with The Insurance Center on November 16th, and during that time she has built lasting relationships with referral partners and clients throughout the Upstate of South Carolina. As a true people person, one of her favorite parts of the job is connecting with others and helping prospective clients navigate the insurance side of the home-buying process.

Many of the people Barbara works with are purchasing a home for the very first time, and she takes pride in helping them understand their coverage options and feel confident every step of the way. Making insurance easier to understand and helping clients protect what matters most is what she enjoys most about her role.

A few fun facts about Barbara:

💐 She loves spending time in her yard, especially tending to her favorite flowers: hydrangeas, peonies, and impatiens.

🧳 She enjoys traveling to small towns and finding unique treasures to decorate her home.

🏈 She's a passionate sports fan who cheers for Michigan and Georgia football, as well as the Carolina Panthers and Detroit Lions.

🍼 Family is everything to her! Barbara is the proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters, Olivia and Louisa, and she's excited to welcome a grandson in January.
