If you need to make a payment, please use the State Farm app or statefarm.com on your phone. Our team can assist with sending pictures to our claims department or finding a reputable contractor. As of Monday, September 30, our office is still without power. We will keep you updated on our office hours through Facebook posts, as our schedule will be irregular. Our claims department is working hard to process claims efficiently, and State Farm has dispatched a dedicated team to assist with storm-related claims. While we strive to address your concerns in a timely manner, please be aware that the volume of claims is substantial. To minimize damage, take appropriate actions if your home has been affected, but note that downed trees in your yard not damaging any structures are not covered by your homeowners' insurance.
