Job Title: Service Associate/Sales Associate
We are looking for a results-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Service Associate. You will work alongside an experienced agent writing business and ensuring clients are well cared for. Base pay plus commission. Want to know more or apply? Requirements:
-Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person
-Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
-Assist the agency team with administrative tasks and follow-up
-Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers
-Work collaboratively with team members to provide an outstanding customer experience
-20-30 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities
