Attended my first Toastmasters meeting last night at Winter Haven Toastmasters Club 2104. Listened to speeches, evaluated them, and got put on the spot for Table Topics: an exercise where you speak off the cuff about a random subject.

I tied for first place. Not bad for a first visit. 🥇
