Not sure who needs to hear this, but today’s mortgage rates are actually… pretty normal.

That’s not to say they can’t improve, but the data is hard to ignore. So don’t let your sister’s boyfriend’s uncle scare you into thinking it’s a terrible time to buy, because the facts tell a different story.
