Attended the closing for the first home purchase transaction I ever worked on today!

Coincidentally, it closed at the same attorney’s office where I closed on the purchase of my own home back in 2019. ☺️

My borrower is relieved to be done with the process of selling her old home and buying her forever home and can’t wait to move in. 🎉 Congrats Nancy!

Got to attend the YWCA’s Daybreak Domestic Violence Awareness and Prevention Breakfast this morning at Holy Cross in Worcester.

Listened to some really sad stories but also some really positive and strong leaders who work to support survivors and promote awareness of this issue that is all too common.

It can be hard to see and you never know who is going through what so be good to everyone and do what you can to spread positivity and love. 💜

If you find a house you love and can afford, marry it! Don’t let the current interest rates stop you from moving forward!

Historically, interest rates have fluctuated, so if / when rates drop, you can refinance to save some money OR if rates continue to rise in the next few years, you’ll be happy you locked in to the rate when you did.

The sooner you divorce your rent, the sooner you can start building equity for yourself! A rent payment is like paying 100% interest because you will never get any of that money back. A mortgage payment pays down the principal balance of the loan thus building equity for you!
