We finished strong in December with two new purchases.

The first was an Advanced Auto Parts building in Luverne, Alabama. Our focus has been on self storage but mixing in these single tenant net lease acquisitions will allow us to grow our portfolio faster.

Speaking of self storage! We closed mid December on StorePorts in Wauseon, Ohio and we’re off to a good start transitioning it into Wauseon Storage! It’s right at 10,000 square foot and has 100 units plus some outside parking spaces for rent. New signage will be installed soon.

The momentum has continued into the new year and we have another storage deal under contract already! This one is over 17,000 square feet and 110 units. Stay tuned for our closing announcement next month for more details!
