We're looking for 2 experienced Contract Mortgage Loan Processors to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our borrowers and referral partners.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline from application through closing while maintaining excellent communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and closing agents.

Responsibilities:• Process conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and non-QM loans• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy• Collect and organize borrower documentation• Submit files to underwriting and manage conditions• Communicate regularly with borrowers, agents, and loan officers• Ensure files move efficiently toward closing

Qualifications:• Minimum 2 years of mortgage processing experience• Strong knowledge of agency and government loan guidelines• Experience with LOS platforms and automated underwriting systems• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
