About Us:
Having been in real estate for over seven years and having built a very successful Real Estate Sales business I have always had an interest in investing in real estate. During that time I have watched my peers and clients successfully flip homes and make good money doing it. My wife Kristina and I planned and prepared for nearly two years in order to start flipping homes to fund our retirement. Most of that time was spent saving funds for the capital necessary to purchase and renovate homes. Being self employed it is important to plan according for retirement. Our particular retirement plan is to flip homes and use the proceeds to purchase homes and multifamily properties to hold for rental income which will eventually be our retirement income. Every penny we make from flipping and the eventual rental income we receive will be reinvested back into purchasing properties to hold. We plan to build a real estate portfolio which will leave a lasting legacy for our family. In two years we have purchased, renovated, and sold six homes. We are very excited about the transformation in the master bedroom at Apache Way! The master bathroom and closet have been re-framed. This doubles the usable space in the master bathroom and changes the closet to a walk-in. Our major concern was the small size of the master bath. We trusted Clancy and Don Erik with Thompson & Wolff Inc and they came through as usual!

Here is our latest flip project! We closed escrow and demo started last week. Check out the before pictures in the post below or the link attached. The pictures look much better than what the home actually condition of the home was. It was nasty!!

We expect renovations to take 8-10 weeks. Our contractors at Thompson & Wolff Inc will be handling the project for us. Besides the inside being gutted we have to install a new roof, install new gutters, install a new sewer line, and install a new electrical panel. It's a large project!

The home was a rental for many years and trashed by the tenants. Unfortunately the seller did not have the funds or time to repair the home. Our contractors referred the seller to us and after a couple weeks of discussing and negotiating we reached a deal and closed escrow last week.

This home is located in Citrus Heights, has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sits on over a quarter acre lot. It was built in 1961. We are excited to get this home ready for a new family and to help the neighborhood home values go up!
