I have lost count on the many home sales, purchases and refinances we have processed together. I frankly consider him family at this point and he is the only Loan Officer I will trust and utilize for any of my morgage needs. I do not even consider the loan rates, or potential savings if I use another mortgage company, due to the exceptional customer service I have and continue to receive from Kyle (and Kaleb). No, they did not request I write this review. These are facts and I look forward to the next transaction when the time comes.

I heard so many horror stories about the process of preapproval and obtaining a mortgage, but did not experience that AT ALL. I could look forward to an email every few days with an update, it was clear what was needed from me in terms of paperwork or signatures, and Kyle was consistently checking in to make sure we were understanding and ready for the next steps
