We are a growing insurance agency focused on delivering personalized coverage solutions and exceptional client service. We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Personal Lines Insurance Producer who thrives on building relationships and generating new business through networking.
Position Overview:
The Personal Lines Insurance Producer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong book of business by actively networking, building referral partnerships, and engaging with the community. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, people-oriented, and enjoys creating long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners
• Quote, present, and sell personal lines insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
• Follow up on leads and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications:
• Active Property & Casualty license (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
