With the office still down, we took the day to assist some of our customers. We do have a plan for tomorrow, and if all works as expected, we should be back open at 9am in the morning on Thursday.

Our office is currently without power and we expect it to be that way through tomorrow while crews work through the more significantly damaged areas. We are currently working on a plan so that we can be up and running ready to assist you tomorrow.

❗️EQUINE MORTALITY CLIENTS❗️

Due to the recent outbreak of EHV, we have reached out to the underwriters with each of our carriers to discuss what their next steps may be, during this time of uncertainty, in regard to coverage under equine mortality policies. At this time, there is still much unknown due to current ongoing meetings.

We are hearing rumors of possible exclusions being added to new policies for some carriers and some carriers are considering placing a moratorium on ALL new equine mortality policies, meaning they will not place new coverage on any equine at this time. We do not believe that there will be any change to your CURRENT policies until the renewal date. If this changes when new information becomes available, we will let you know.

We will do our best to keep our customers updated as information becomes available from our carriers. At this time, please keep your horses at home, restrict entry of other horses if possible, and increase biosecurity measures at your location.

🛑As a reminder- if your horse is sick, lame, or seen by a vet for any reason other than routine care, you are required to place your insurance carrier on immediate notice in order to comply with your policy contract. Failure to do so could result in claim denial.

Just want to take a moment and thank our loyal bull customers and our new customers for trusting us with their new investments this week! We appreciate each and every one of you so much. We’ve already insured over $1.8 Million 💰 in animal value in the last two days with more coming in as our customers find a moment to breathe between all the festivities that come with this week in Las Vegas.
