Effective April 15, 2024, FHA-qualified borrowers who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the traditional Georgia Dream program are able to apply for the Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program.

When selling a home, I can’t stress enough how important it will be to remove stored up emotions and the attachment to the home, so you can focus on the facts of the market around you. Everything is based on comps, market condition, and neighborhood trends. So many people can’t get their homes sold because of their personal feelings and refusal to understand anything outside of how they feel. Take time to educate yourself on your surroundings before placing your home on the market, so you can make a more informed decision on how to price. If you are emotionally connected to your home, take some months ahead of time before selling to appreciate the time you spent there, so by the time you get a Realtor, you’re ok with pricing strategies that maybe necessary moving forward. If you’re looking to sell quickly, be realistic about how you want to be priced and pay attention to the comps. Anyone can list your home, but not everyone can sell. Know the difference.

They are just as appealing as your standard home(if not better) If you’re interested in a land lease or mobile home ownership that includes land, please consider getting pre approved for a Chattel Mortgage(USDA), PEP, OR or FHA Title I for financing.
