Not long ago I helped this buyerโ€™s family relocate to the area.

They came to visit a few times, spent some time exploringโ€ฆ and pretty quickly the conversation turned into:

So they did!

We just closed on this townhome in that sweet pocket of Milton / Downtown Alpharetta where everyday life is easyโ€”errands, restaurants, shoppingโ€ฆ all of it within minutes.

The week of Valentineโ€™s Day is Scoutโ€™s birthday. This was the first year we didnโ€™t get to spoil her with a chicken and rice dinner, extra long walks and new squeaky balls. I sure do miss her, but she happened to send me a gift instead. Meet Sadie ๐Ÿฅฐ My friend works with furkids and talks to a lot of people looking to potentially rehome their dog. Sadie came her way when a lady reached out about not being able to care for a puppy. Sadie is perfect. She is 6 months, potty trained and so sweet. Wallace likes her and she chose me as her person from Day 1. Thatโ€™s where Scout played a role. My best friend .roselli said the white on Sadieโ€™s nose is Scout kissing her, like a blessing of sorts. She is so right.
