Noble has appointed Gary Womack as Senior Director, Design and Development.

Gary previously served on our Design and Development team and returns to Noble with more than two decades of hospitality development experience, including ground-up projects and product repositioning delivered nationally for institutional owners.

Gary's return reflects the scale and sophistication of activity across our travel and hospitality portfolio and the senior talent required to execute against it.

“Gary brings a strong track record of executing complex hospitality developments and a deep familiarity with our platform," said Kevin Grass, Noble managing principal and head of design and development. “His experience will reinforce the rigor and discipline that define Noble's approach."

Noble has opened StudioRes by Marriott Columbiana — another step in scaling our Branded Long-Term Accommodations (BLTA) platform, one of the firm's highest-conviction strategies.

BLTA sits at the intersection of hospitality and flexible living, and its drivers are structural rather than cyclical. Workforce mobility has shifted from moment to pattern. Housing affordability remains a constraint, not an episode. Institutional-quality extended-stay supply is limited and slow to scale. The result is sustained demand for a product that the market cannot quickly replicate — and a category where disciplined, scaled operators hold the advantage.

"The moat in this segment is not the openings, it is the basis underneath them," said Ryan Maher, Noble's Vice President of Investments. "Noble is building this platform at a cost basis the current supply environment cannot replicate — and that is what makes the cash flows durable."
