Norman Plotkin originally began his career as an attorney, and in 1981 made the career move to financial services. In 2000, Norman joined Ashford Advisors’ team of individuals to provide even better service and comprehensive planning to his clients. Norman works with his clients with the goal of helping them build wealth potential through financial strategies, work towards their financial goals, a

nd enjoy more time for personal, professional, and charitable goals. He has gained knowledge through many years of education and experience, serving a variety of clients to help them address their specific needs. His clients range from individuals interested in acquiring, protecting, and maintaining wealth; to businesses that are looking to establish and manage employee benefits, including group major-medical, long-term disability, group life, pension & profit-sharing, 401(k), and life insurance. Norman is passionate about financial and insurance planning, as well as provides strategies for parents that have special needs children. Norman is educated on several levels to serve the entire needs of his clients. He received his Chartered Life Underwriter® (CLU®) and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designations from the American College. Norman holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Emory University, and is admitted to the Georgia Bar Association, (in-active bar status*). Norman received his designation as Certified in Long-Term Care (CLTC), enabling him to further help his clients discuss and plan for long-term care. Norman also serves Holocaust Survivor Services, and Jewish Family & Career Services. Norm resides in Sandy Springs, Georgia with his wife of 41 years, Lois. They have two grown daughters, two wonderful sons-in-law, and four marvelous grandchildren.
