I think as a loan officer, we don’t start breathing until we get the “loan has funded email” 😂 So much can happen from initial contact to funding. “Under contract” and “clear to close” is exciting, yes. However that “has funded” email just hits different 💃🏾

Happy Tuesday 🌞 In high school after announcements, they would end it with “Make it a great day! The choice is yours.” I rolled my eyes each time. If someone inconvenienced me in any way, they will be the reason my day is ruined. I’m not left without a choice but to be mad for the entire day. I sounded INSANE!! Our mind truly holds a lot of power. Based on the energy you give off, it gives an idea of where you are mentally. It’s easier navigating the world when you aren’t so mad at it.
