You can’t build something great with one foot in and one foot out.

One foot in the business says, “I want more.”
One foot out says, “But I’m not ready to fully commit.”

And that’s how you get STUCK.

You’re working just enough to feel busy, but not enough to create momentum.
You’re sacrificing just enough to feel the pain, but not enough to experience the reward.
You’re giving the opportunity some of you while expecting it to give you everything.

This career doesn’t reward the person who is one foot in and one foot out.

At some point, you have to make a decision.

Both feet in.
Commit. Get uncomfortable. Stay consistent. Give it enough of you to find out what you’re actually capable of.

Because you can’t move forward when you’re constantly keeping one foot close to the exit.

That’s why casting vision matters.

People can endure the work when they understand the WHY behind it. They can push through uncomfortable seasons when they can see what’s on the other side. And they can take ownership when they understand how their role connects to something bigger.

As leaders, our job is to keep the destination visible.

Cast the vision. Repeat the vision. Live the vision. 🔥

Today’s Year of Ownership lesson was about remembering that a few unanswered calls, a couple no-shows, or one bad week doesn’t define the market or your potential.

There are millions of families who need what we do. The question isn’t, “Is there enough opportunity?”

The question is: “Am I doing enough activity to find my share of it?”

Stop looking at the entire field through a straw. 🔭

Zoom out. Make the calls. Do the presentations. Get the referrals.

There is MORE than enough opportunity out there.

You don’t need everybody—you just have to find yours. 💯

Andrea left for the next month, and before she walked out the door she made sure everything was taken care of. Meals were planned, things were organized, and she did everything she could to make this season easier on me and the kids.

Now that she’s gone, it’s even more obvious how much she does behind the scenes every single day. It’s the little things that often go unnoticed until they’re not there.

So I just want to give my wife a huge shout-out. Thank you for thinking ahead, loving our family so well, and making sure we were set up for success before you left.

And to all the wives and moms out there—you have a huge job, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for all the sacrifices, planning, and love you pour into your families every day.

Watching my 8-year-old daughter Malia ride a horse for the first time… that’s a core memory right there. 🐎

To see her come all the way to California, step into something completely new, make friends, and just enjoy being a kid at 8 years old… that’s what it’s all about. These are the moments that shape her confidence and her story.

Proud of you, Malia. Keep being brave, keep trying new things, and keep enjoying every moment of this journey. ❤️

2025 tested me in ways I didn’t expect — mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
There were moments of momentum and moments of pressure. Wins that felt big, losses that forced growth, and lessons that couldn’t be skipped.

This year wasn’t about perfection.
It was about consistency.
Showing up when it was uncomfortable.
Doing the work when the results weren’t guaranteed.

I learned how to lead better.
How to build systems instead of just working harder.
How to take responsibility instead of waiting on permission.

And by the end of it all, I stepped into agency ownership.

Not by accident.
Not overnight.
But by staying committed to the process when quitting would’ve been easier.

Grateful for the people who believed.
Grateful for the people who doubted.
Both played a role.

2025 was the year of growth.
Ownership was the outcome.

Being the youngest of five incredible sisters, you hold your own with so much joy and energy. Watching you grow has been the greatest gift, and I can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do.
