ely served by the standard insurance market. Together, the partners at C&S have more than 75 years of experience in the specialty insurance industry. Preston Starr has over 19 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining C&S, Preston was Senior Vice President for CapSpecialty, managing their surplus lines casualty division. From 2004 to 2013, Preston worked at American Safety Insurance, where he served as Senior Vice President for ASI’s E&S casualty division, which included environmental, primary casualty and excess casualty business. Prior to ASI, Preston served in various production underwriting roles for Liberty Mutual, Zurich and Gulf Insurance Group. C&S has a seasoned staff of insurance and underwriting professionals with extensive experience in the specialty insurance industry.
