Team building looks a little different over here. 😂🎮

Today we traded work for some **virtual reality and a whole lot of laughs!**

**Gage and Javan deserved this one.** These guys have been putting in the work, pushing toward their goals, and showing up every day. I’m proud of what they’ve been accomplishing, so it was time to step away from the grind and have some fun.

And we definitely had a TIME! 😂🔥

Now, I’m just going to casually mention that **I finished as the TOP PLAYER. 🏆😂** But I have to give the guys some credit — they gave me the **Arctic Blast gun**, and that thing was FIRE! 🔥

Great teams work hard, but you also have to make time to laugh, compete, celebrate the wins, and enjoy the people you’re building with.

Proud of you, **Gage and Javan!** 💪🏾

We already can’t wait for the next team outing… although after today, they might think twice about giving me the best weapon. 😂😂

I came in as an external candidate, new market, no book of business—had to build everything from the ground up. My first year I missed this honor, and honestly, I didn't even understand the significance of it at the time.

But once I accomplished it? I haven't looked back.

I want to thank my customers and my team for believing in me and trusting me to protect what matters to them. This award represents all of us. It's truly a blessing to do this work.

Okay so we did something a little different the last two weeks—no eating out, no ordering in, no drinks. Just home-cooked meals and discipline.

Honestly? It felt really good to see it through. The sacrifices add up when you actually commit. And to cap it off, Nancy blessed me with a fresh retwist. The locs are looking good! 💁‍♀️

It's been a minute since I've posted—been head down and focused. But I've been getting my chef skills up! Made Nancy and me a take on a seafood boil bowl. Rice, mixed veggies, crispy protein, soft boiled eggs with some seasoning on top.

Can't believe it'll be 2 years in 4 months since we met. Time flies when you're cooking for your person. 🍳

Now THIS is how we do it in the South. Horses coming through, folks line dancing, beautiful scenery, and we're out here celebrating a best friend's birthday. Trail riding with good people just hits different when the weather's right and everybody's in a good mood.

Been running on tired lately, and I forget how much these midday swims clear my head. Nothing fancy—just me, this pool, and some trees. But getting in the water reminds me that the workouts aren't optional if I want my mind right.
