🌍 The European Union's Artificial Intelligence Act could have a major impact on banking systems in the United States. 🌍
As the first legal framework for regulating AI, the Act classifies AI systems by risk level, banning certain high-risk uses and imposing strict regulations on others, including credit scoring and recruitment tools. U.S. banks using AI in the EU must comply, even without a physical presence there.
Beyond the immediate need for banks to adjust their international AI platforms, the Act could also drive significant changes in AI itself. Developers may choose to adapt globally rather than regionally in response to these new regulations.

In recent years, we have seen a shift in what we consider a workplace, as remote jobs are becoming increasingly popular.
