Did you know the No 1 Claims in the state of GA are water claims? Internal water damage from leaking and burst pipes can be a headache. Before you buy make sure to properly get a licensed inspector to review the internals of the home. In GA all inspectors are not licensed and there is no requirement to do so to operate a business. So before you fall in love with your dream home on the outside make sure you are very critical of the internals.
