Customer Service Specialist

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

• Manage a workflow list of delinquent accounts
• Contact customers by telephone to discuss past due accounts
• Make payment arrangements
• Settle delinquent accounts
• Request deferments for past due accounts.
• Process payments using a web-based payment processing system
• Accurately document accounts

Dealer Support Specialist

Primary Objective: Administer the lease-purchase underwriting process by effectively evaluating credit risk while striving to consistently achieve quality service standards.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:
• Administration of the lease-purchase underwriting process ·
• Credit risk assessment
• Collect and evaluate required documentation
• Fraud detection
• Educate dealers and applicants on the MPLS Program
• Maintain an open line of communication with a dealer base
• Quality customer service
• Business process improvement

Experience and Education:
• High school Diploma or GED
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Programs
• Some Customer Service Experience
• Underwriting experience Preferred
