I heard it “flooded” downtown .

Did you know:

In the U.S. over 85% of Homeowner’s/Renters are uninsured for flood related claims. Because they don’t know that policies don’t include “flood”.😱

But, did you know that if you use FEMA for a flood related catastrophe… it’s a loan. And, requires to be paid back with interest. 😩
