Not every dream home is on the market.
Sometimes, it simply takes faith, a lot of patience, and trusting God's timing.
Today was one of those days that reminded me why I love what I do.
My clients said goodbye to a home that meant so much to them. It was more than just a house—it was where they raised their family, welcomed friends, served so many people over the years, and created a place filled with love and wonderful memories.
This closing was especially meaningful to me because this is a family that has faithfully invested in others for years through education and ministry. They have poured into countless lives, including my own children, and I will always be grateful for the love, wisdom, and encouragement they have shared with our family.
As they began dreaming about their next chapter, there was one community they just kept coming back to. There was a certain type of home they hoped for... but it wasn't even for sale.
It was their unicorn.
So we started asking questions, making connections, and trusting that if it was meant to be, God would make a way.
Little by little, He did.
We found a homeowner in their dream community willing to have a conversation, and what had once seemed completely out of reach suddenly became possible. From there, the journey became finding the right buyer for the home they loved while bringing everything together for the home they had hoped and prayed for.
There were plenty of twists and turns along the way, but every time we needed the next step, God faithfully provided it.
And today, everything came together.
They closed on the sale of the home that had been such a blessing to their family and, on the very same day, signed on the home where new memories will be made, more people will be welcomed in, and another chapter of serving and loving others will begin.
It was such a beautiful reminder that sometimes God's provision isn't just opening a door. It's working quietly behind the scenes, putting every piece together until the right door opens at exactly the right time.
Sometimes the homes we're meant to have aren't the ones we find online. Sometimes they're the ones God has been preparing all along.
Congratulations to an amazing family. Thank you for trusting me to walk this journey with you. It has been such a joy to witness God's faithfulness every step of the way.
