There’s nothing better than seeing a beautiful finished product! These customers took advantage of our land loan to secure the vacant lot upfront. Once they had their construction plans finalized and builder picked out, we rolled the land loan straight in to a Construction-to-Perm loan to build the house. Now that the house is complete, the Construction-to-Perm loan rolls over seamlessly to a long term mortgage and the customer is able to float their interest rate down to the current market rate for free!
