**Make sure you use a mortgage broker you trust!! I didn’t need the CFPB to force me to behave ethically, but I did appreciate not having to compete with other brokers snagging clients with a “bait and switch” rate. If you need ethical mortgage help, call me. I’m going to keep up the good work.

Now that the sledding is done, what can you do while you hang out all day? FILE FOR HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION! What fun!
1- Think of the county you live in.
2- Search it up online by county and state
3- Once on their site, look up property office/recording office/tax records until you find a screen where you can put in your name or street number and address.
4- Look for the link for HOMESTEAD EXEMPTION and maybe even senior exemption if that applies to you.
5- Click and file!
6- Congratulations! 🎉🎈 You just saved several thousands of dollars!! Now go enjoy that snow!!
