HUD is issuing forgivable DPA grants for anyone with at least a 620 credit score to purchase a home .....You do not have to be a First Time Home buyer or have perfect credit ..... Make 2024 the year you become a homeowner.... Ill text anyone the link that needs it. Also there is a Q and A Session on Jan 5th in Mcdonough whuch you can sign up for. However you must meet the minimum requirements to get invited ..
