I mentor people who complain about how hard the struggle is to achieve success. They look at me and say, "This cannot be the way. This is not normal. This is too hard." My response is, "You are right. This is not normal. If you want to be normal then quit. Go back to the life you had before you met me. The one you said you wanted to escape. That is normal."

Success is not about achieving every goal. Success is about who you become by pursuing those goals. Yes, it hurts. Yes, you want to quit. The mind has thousands of years of evolution telling you to run from pain and struggle. But, avoiding the struggle makes you weak.

No matter how much it hurts now, someday you will look back and realize your struggles and challenges changed your life for the better. The struggles made you stronger.

Success is a process not a result. Most people think that having material wealth or titles is the definition of real success, but they are wrong. Success is enduring the process. Getting the crap kicked out of you and standing back up prepared to take more.

Success is standing in the face of your struggles and shouting to the world...

"I WILL NOT QUIT. I WILL NOT LOSE. I AM A CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD AND I WILL HAVE THE LIFE HE PLANNED FOR ME!

I AM A WINNER! I AM GOING TO WIN!

A solid lesson everyone should remember... If someone is more interested in your past than in your future, you need to put them in your past.

We have all done things we wish we could change. Everyone has done something. Your past is no worse than the person judging you. No matter what they try to tell you. God doesn't judge you by your past so never let a person do it. God has redeemed us from our past.

If you regret doing something in your past and you know you would not do that same thing today, then whoever is judging you is condemning an innocent man.

I don't care who this person is, but they have no place in your future. Cut them out and move on. You have a future. God has kept you alive because you have a purpose. Don't allow a person rob you of God's plan for your life.

Move on and live great.

Okay Friends, I need some advice. We have launched our live website for The Pan-American College Fund. The donation page is active, but we are building out a much better landing page with more options. Also, the store is not yet ready. Lord willing, we finish that this week.

So, I need all my intelligent friends to check out our website and tell me what you think. Be honest. I'm an old Army Pilot so you can't hurt my feelings and I was raised in the 80s so you can't offend me. Be honest and tell me what you like and don't like. And, does the site make you interested in what we do? If not, why? What can we do to make it better?

I pride myself on having the coolest and smartest friends in the world. So, do me this favor and help me out. Thanks for your effort!
