Everyone sees the finished product.
The beautiful salon.
The aesthetic.
The branding.

But most people don’t talk about what it really takes to build it.

Sometimes cutting costs looks like becoming everything.

The cleaner.
The painter.
The furniture assembler.
The towel service.
The janitor.
The maintenance crew.

It looks like working an 8-hour day… then going straight to build your business after.

Washing towels.
Folding towels.
Sweeping floors.
Cleaning toilets.
Patching walls.
Repainting suites after tenants move out.
Putting furniture together late at night.

It’s not glamorous.
But it’s part of building.

Sometimes you have to do what you need to do before you can afford to delegate.
