Our "Ownership Reimagined" Talk Series continues with Quyionah Wingfield founder of Cool Moms Dance Too!, a family health and wellness company using dance, play and community to improve family connections. Quyionah is a family health and wellness provider and advocate who studied Psychology at Georgia State University.
Cool Moms Dance Too! has served families and organizations including Mental Health Atlanta Georgia, NAMI GA, Kate’s Club, The Women’s Resources Center To End Domestic Violence, Kidz Bop, Atlanta Hawks and more. In 2018, Quyionah was an award recipient for A3C Action Summit for Social Justice for her work addressing health disparities, education and equity. Emory University's Goizueta Business School’s Start:ME accelerator awarded Cool Moms Dance Too! for their business strategy and outstanding local community work.
Quyionah, successfully completed fellowships with The Center for Civic Innovation, Sara Blakely Foundation and Invest Atlanta’s Women’s Entrepreneurship Initiative incubator.
Cool Moms Dance Too has been featured in Forbes, Black Enterprise, NBC News, US Weekly / The Week Junior, Afrotech, V103 Atlanta, NPR, and more. Quyionah continues to amplify her mission to ensure all families have the ability to be happy, healthy, prosperous and connected.
