We were new to this state and this area and wasn't sure what to expect.

She was very responsive, super friendly, and always available to answer all of our questions, and made the usually frustrating process of purchasing a home, very easy. Everything moved forward at a great pace and we never felt once that the loan would fall through.

My parents were also interested in purchasing a home near us and I happily passed along Makinley's information because I was confident they would also have a great experience.
