As an Acquisitions Manager, you will be crucial in identifying opportunities, engaging leads over the phone, and scheduling calls with interested leads. This remote position is exclusively conducted over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Keep a keen eye on incoming leads, swiftly identifying potential opportunities for property acquisition.
Contact leads over the phone to assess their interest, gather essential information, and determine potential opportunities.
Coordinate and conduct acquisition phone calls with interested leads, guiding them through the property acquisition process.
Following up with the leads, providing information, and addressing queries as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent English.
At least 2 years of experience with sales calls in English.
Ability to work in US hours.
Highly comfortable with making outbound calls to engage with leads, build rapport, and facilitate the acquisition process (not cold calling).
Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
Team player
CRM experience is a plus!
