THE “K.L.T FORMULA” (what every business owner must know).
If you are a business owner, or you are looking to set up your business empire very soon either physically or online, either a product or a service, then this post is for you. Don’t scroll past any paragraph, read till the end.
The success of your business structure is largely premised on the understanding and the application of the K.L.T formula.
No matter how effective your products or services are, you need people to sell to, which is why it is important to cultivate a very distinct and healthy relationship with people. if there are no people to sell to, then you are simply on your own.
You need to also understand that majority of your customers or clients will most likely be strangers because you cannot keep on selling to the same set of people if you want to generate massive profits. You need more eyes to see your product or service.
Having said all of this, this is where the “K.L.T FORMULA” comes in. The “K.L.T FORMULA” is the effective antidote to building a healthy relationship with people you intend to sell to.
So what does K. L. T stands for?
K - stands for Know
L - stands for Like
T- stands for Trust
People only transact with persons they know, like, and Trust. Strangers will most likely not give you their hard-earned money if you have not shown them substantial evidence as to why they should Like and trust you.
So “ HOW” do you establish the K.L.T formula to rake in massive profits:
A). Make people “KNOW” you by advertising your products again and again even if you don't make sales at first. Don't stop advertising.
Like Coach Rosie d’prof will say: “Your service, your product; sell it shamelessly”
B. Make people “LIKE” you by giving them valuable information or content either on your WhatsApp status, page, or any of your social media handles.
Share quality content about what you do. I am not saying you can’t post funny content or jokes once in a while but what I am saying is that if you are a business owner and you desire to make money, lend more credence to valuable content as against memes and jokes.
NOTE: (This excludes comedians or people who create content and make their money through comedy or jokes).
C). Make people “TRUST” you by giving them value for their money. It is better to make people feel like they cheated you than people coming back to tell you that your product did not solve the problem they intended it to.
When people are getting results from the product or service that you are giving them, they will trust you, keep coming back and even go the extra mile to refer your services to others.
