It's been a while since I've posted here. After being somewhat sidelined earlier this year with an injury that ultimately required surgery in March, I'm back and close to 100%.

I'm grateful for the continued support of my partners - thank you. Despite being out for much of March, my team still ranked #1 in funded volume and #1 in new application volume in the state of Georgia - all while maintaining 100% Customer Loyalty scores year-to-date. A true testament to the strength of those relationships.

We're carrying that momentum into April and May, and I'm fully back in the field.

Another closing from December. Grateful for wonderful clients and agents who helped make this a smooth transaction. There was some early concern about the appraisal—many luxury homes in Brookhaven sell off market or are custom builds—but we were pleased to come in above contract price.

Can a full mortgage credit approval rather than a preapproval help you and your clients win the next home? You bet it can.

Third time is a charm, after missing two other homes, these borrowers were able to win on this home after proceeding with a full credit approval, even before the property was located, so they could confidently negotiate without a financing contingency.

Gald we were able to help this family close on this amazing second home on the West Coast yesterday. The borrower told me his son said this reminded him of the Tony Stark home, and who doesn’t want Tony Stark’s home?!?
