Meet Rhea, Mortgage Titan. 🏛️🐾

She insisted her first official team photo be taken in front of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. We’re choosing to believe that’s because she’s already keeping a close eye on interest rates.

Her current responsibilities include:

📈 Watching interest rates (very closely)
🤝 Greeting every client like an old friend
📦 Inspecting every package delivery
☕ Supervising coffee breaks
🐾 Boosting office morale

She takes Fed watching very seriously… as you’ll see in the first photo.

I celebrated my 33rd year with Wells Fargo, while also achieving a personal best in funded volume:

It's been a while since I've posted here. After being somewhat sidelined earlier this year with an injury that ultimately required surgery in March, I'm back and close to 100%.

I'm grateful for the continued support of my partners - thank you. Despite being out for much of March, my team still ranked #1 in funded volume and #1 in new application volume in the state of Georgia - all while maintaining 100% Customer Loyalty scores year-to-date. A true testament to the strength of those relationships.

We're carrying that momentum into April and May, and I'm fully back in the field.

Another closing from December. Grateful for wonderful clients and agents who helped make this a smooth transaction. There was some early concern about the appraisal—many luxury homes in Brookhaven sell off market or are custom builds—but we were pleased to come in above contract price.
