The job calls for a live-in domestic couple to manage a 200-acre property anchored by a 9,000-square-foot home with French-inspired architecture. The owners, described as an active and gracious couple in their 70s, are looking for applicants with experience caring for a large, long-term estate.

Along with the salary, the couple would get a brand new doublewide home on the property and the use of a Denali or Lexus SUV. The listing also includes full medical coverage and relocation assistance.

Once you’re pre-approved and working toward the closing table:

1. Thou shalt NOT quit your job.
2. Thou shalt NOT change jobs without talking to your lender.
3. Thou shalt NOT buy a new car.
4. Thou shalt NOT open new credit cards.
5. Thou shalt NOT run up the cards you already have.
6. Thou shalt NOT make large, unexplained deposits or start moving money around.
7. Thou shalt NOT co-sign for anybody.
8. Thou shalt NOT miss or make late payments.
9. Thou shalt NOT spend the money we’ve verified for closing.
10. Thou shalt NOT make ANY major financial or employment changes without talking to YOUR MORTGAGE LADY FIRST!
