Coming up on the halfway point of the year, my company is currently looking to hire a few people between GA, FL, AL and TX for 2023.
It’s a sales position that’s oriented towards high performers. Compensation is 2nd to none, with some earning $100k+ in their first year
New hires report directly to me. I’ll provide all of your training and the tools you need to become successful. I’m very selective on who I hire, but the #1 thing I look for in someone is an aggressive desire to be a top performer.
The position is in the financial sector. There’s no cold-calling, prospecting or selling your grandma. We have people who have contacted our company wanting our product which whom you will be meeting with. 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred, but not required. We are mainly looking for people who are “good with people.”
This is a performance-based position, with guaranteed bonuses and promotions based on production.
