We're pleased to showcase another successful multifamily acquisition with our investment partners. Iron Street Capital, LLC collaborated with two other GPs to take down this impressive 260 unit multifamily asset in an affluent suburb of Southwest Atlanta. The asset was acquired at a 23% discount with significant upside through our proven value-add strategy. A week after closing we signed up 12 new leases at increased rates. Our investors will enjoy a steady 8% preferred return and a waterfall distribution schedule geared toward incentivizing the sponsorship team to maximize returns.
