LEVERAGE TUESDAY
What if the thing you need isn’t more time, money, or effort?
What if it’s the right person?
The fastest way to get where you want to go isn’t always doing more yourself.
Sometimes, it’s knowing who can help you get there.
That’s the power of relationships as leverage.
Instead of asking:
“What can I do by myself?”
Start asking:
“Who do I know that can help me access what I need?”
You may know someone who knows a business owner.
That business owner may need funding.
Someone else may have the expertise they need.
Another person may have the connection they’re looking for.
And someone else may know the person who can open the next door.
You don’t have to be the answer.
You need to know where to find the answer.
That’s how you can use me as leverage.
Tell me what you’re trying to accomplish.
If I know a resource, a person, an opportunity, or a connection that may be useful, I’ll point you in the right direction.
And if I don’t have it?
I may know someone who does.
That’s what relationships are for.
Knowledge before the need.
Collaboration creates leverage.
