Hardwood floors anchor the property with huge windows that allow for plenty of natural light. This house has three nice size rooms with an open concept, a front porch and a rear 18 x 18 deck with plenty of seating. No 3rd Party bookings on behalf of others, unless previously discussed with host. Host has right to cancel booking if the person who books the space isn’t the person staying. Also, host has right to cancel if any illegal activity occurs on property. If host is suspicious of any questions guest activity guest will be escorted off property and no refund issued, this includes AirBnB fraud and scams. Just one (1) mile from the center of town, it is directly adjacent to the BeltLine, Grant Park neighborhood and Chosewood Park is emerging as one of the newest up-and-coming historic neighborhoods in Atlanta. If you would like the convenience of renting near downtown, a unique house, big shady trees, and a superb neighborhood park. No lounging in common areas. Highest Speed Wi-Fi available for a fee of $5 per week - less than a week stay will required to pay $5 fee. PLEASE no lounging in common areas. This is a shared property please be mindful of others resting/ sleeping, 10P - 7A quiet hours throughout house daily (Sunday-Saturday).
