Factual disputing is simple.

You will actually list the error in your letter with proof.

Your credit reports must be complete, accurate and verifiable.

Let’s say on all 3 big reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) that the Date Of last activity are all different, this is grounds for removal.

It is possible that they just update to the correct date as well.

Create a letter listing each company and the date they have listed.

Wait for their response and act from there.

If it comes back updated 👇🏽

Chances are there are several errors.

Send another letter listing the next error.

Read each credit report and highlight all the errors.

Create a letter listing these accounts and ask for them to be verified.

Sounds simple but I promise it’s that simple.

That’s it!

Any information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable, must be removed or corrected, usually within 30 days.

Before you factually dispute the accounts do this.

If you’re like me you’ve moved, changed numbers, and switched jobs several times.

Some of your closed accounts, charge-offs and other derogatory accounts may be tied to this information.

If this is the case some accounts may fall off due to it now being unverifiable.

Your information should be current, accurate, and verified.

Update your information and list out all the inaccuracies.

Send a letter in the mail to each bureau. You may have to do this twice.

Equifax, Experian and TransUnion.

Check each report for accuracy.

Personal information, collections, account dates, closes accounts etc.

Every account has to be accurate and verifiable.

I think open and honest communication is key.

How do you prepare for a new baby?

Here are a couple things we did.

➡️ Call your insurance company and figure out how much the delivery cost.

➡️ Stop paying off debt and stack up. Once you receive all the hospital bills pay them off and then proceed.

➡️ Create a registry. I suggest plenty of diapers, wipes and clothes.

➡️ Get a Sam’s Club or Costco membership. Buying in bulk will save you 🤑

Map out each month.

Birthday? Vacation? Eating out? Need a shirt? Christmas gifts?

Create a spending plan, track it and don’t use a credit card if you don’t have enough.

Just say no or work extra too get it.
